Jessica did a great job taking care of us by resetting our salt drop offs. Thanks Jessica!

I am not happy at all with Culligan customer service. Culligan is not about the customer at all. Explain to me, how do you have a customer sit around all day waiting on an in home service? I am being told that the service person makes their schedule the day of. So, I have to miss a whole day of work, because you cannot simply think outside the box and make your schedule a day or two before. Just an excuse. Culligan doesn't care at all. I will never recommend Culligan water to anyone. So stop sending me text messages on referring people. I am trying to update this review: I will add that a gentleman (Brian) did reach out to me he apologized and went above and beyond to assist me and resolve the issues and concerns I had. I am currently with Culligan and I have no complaints. Thank you for assisting me and going out of your way to accommodate me being a customer.

I love Culligan and the service I receive is fantastic!!

Bakari came to service the water softener today , as we have had continued issues after its installation . He is thoughtful , extreamly detailed and thorough. I appreciate his insight and care with everything he handled today! He definitely needs commendations for the way he approaches problems and figures out what could be wrong

Jessica exceeded my expectations and she answered my questions and assisted me with my decision making for my renewal process.

Ruben was on-time, professional and very nice to speak with! Great service from Ruben and Culligan.

I love that they’re a small business and they really cater to great customer service. They do go out of their way to assist their customers in any issues and resolving anything, something as simple as an account transfer.
