We recently had the whole home filtration system installed and we couldn’t be happier with the results so far. It’s pretty crazy that I’ve made it this far without knowing what clean water is supposed to feel like. We initially decided to get it installed because we’d heard that it extends the life of appliances and reduces calcification. As first time homebuyers, the investment made sense to hopefully save money on the back end. We did not expect the change to be so drastic though. It’s especially noticeable in the shower — I didn’t realize that my hair and skin could feel this good. If you’re on the fence, get it for the showers alone, everything else is a bonus. Highly recommend this system and this company. Staff is extremely friendly and the install process was very smooth.

This has been a wonderful service. Rubin is our technician and is always professional, answering any questions and addressing any concerns. The call center scheduling for appointments is easy and I more often than not utilize the texting feature.

I had a wonderful experience with Taylor at Culligan. She called me back after I left a message explaining that the water level in our softener was covering the salt and that our salt was getting low. Our last salt delivery was August 14, 2026, and our next delivery wasn’t scheduled until November. Taylor listened carefully to my concerns and was very polite and helpful. I asked if we could move our November salt delivery up to this month and also have the technician check the water level in the softener when they come out. She took care of everything and scheduled us for the next available appointment, which I really appreciated.
