About a month ago, I got a new system, and my water quality is so, so good now (well water). I needed a few gallons of the stuff the system needs before the delivery date, and Lacy got it taken care of for me. Great systems, great sales team, and great customer support!

We absolutely love our Culligan water system! You can truly tell the difference in the water. It’s so much softer, and it makes a noticeable difference with showering, laundry, our clothes, and even our drinking water. Their customer service is amazing as well. I called today hoping to have our tank serviced earlier, and Lacy was wonderful on the phone. She went above and beyond and was able to get our service scheduled sooner. Chris, our service technician, is amazing! He is always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and makes sure everything is serviced perfectly. We are so happy with our Culligan system and highly recommend Culligan water softeners. The system makes such a difference, and their customer service is outstanding!

Mr. Henry has done the excellent job!

Henry, Culligan technician does a great job every time he visits quarterly, checks the system, water quality and operates the system to make sure it is working perfect and fill up with salt as needed. Henry is an excellent in communicating with his customers and advises to calls him if there are any issues with the system before his next visit. Henry is the best technician and hope he stays with Culligan for a long time to continue providing this kind of great service Thank you Henry/Thank you Culligan

We had an different brand water softner that needed replaced. Called Culligan the entire experience was no hassle and seemless. During the appointment Doug spelled out exactly what we needed. There was no hassle, no fuss. The new system was put in, took about 30 minutes to replace the old one. We now have soft water and they come out to check the system once every 3 months and replenish the salt, too easy. Highly recommend Doug, was a pleasure working with him and the entire Culligan of Tamp staff.
