Never pay for parts or a service call on your Culligan Equipment

When I had the conversation with Jessica, we were able to set up the service that need to be done. She was quite helpful and knowledgeable.

I foolishly chose another company, as opposed to the name I’ve known for years, the Culligan Man. It’s quality equipment behind that name, and excellent service behind that name. My representative was Julio, he came in and got us back on track. The system we had failed in two years, a 25 year warranty means nothing, if you can’t reach anybody, when something goes wrong. My skin was inflamed, if you have any type of skin disorder you understand, it was 7 months of system, that was just dead, not working and we still have to finish paying for it. My water feels amazing now, it didn’t take long, and so does my skin. Thank you Julio our available, knowledgeable and professional Culligan Man.

The Culligan technician I’d give him a 10+. He called me to let me know he was on his way to my house and when he was done, he informed me it was all taken care of and tomorrow I just have to change out a new bottle. He was very professional and polite.

Angelo did an outstanding job replacing the resin in my water softener. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He didn't mind me asking questions while I watched the repair and took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the process. I recently had a need to call Culligan water for a issue on my water softener that was installed 9 years ago. Jessica called me and wanted to schedule a technician to come out to troubleshoot the issue.
