Henry, Culligan technician does a great job every time he visits quarterly, checks the system, water quality and operates the system to make sure it is working perfect and fill up with salt as needed. Henry is an excellent in communicating with his customers and advises to calls him if there are any issues with the system before his next visit. We had an different brand water softner that needed replaced. Called Culligan the entire experience was no hassle and seemless. During the appointment Doug spelled out exactly what we needed. There was no hassle, no fuss. The new system was put in, took about 30 minutes to replace the old one. We now have soft water and they come out to check the system once every 3 months and replenish the salt, too easy. Highly recommend Doug, was a pleasure working with him and the entire Culligan of Tamp staff.

Great Communication with appointments and making sure someone is here when we need them

We needed a new water softener after the unit in the home we just closed on malfunctioned and leaked all the resin out of the tank while we were out of town(major mess!). We wanted something that was stress free and proven so we didn’t have to worry about our water softener. Jeff, our sales rep, was great and really explained the process and still is available when I’ve texted him. After the unit was installed, we had some issues with the water softening and the service provided by Jessica and Lacy was outstanding. Texting and calls were very friendly and prompt. They scheduled our service tech Bakari to come out and he was excellent and patiently explained everything to make sure all was working right. Great communication and backs up our reasoning to go with a company that stands behind their product. They are following up again this week with another checkup to make sure all is good with our system. Thank you!

I contacted to schedule an annual service appointment and had to leave a message since they weren’t available to take my call Lacey contacted me literally within five minutes after leaving my message to schedule my annual service appointment. I have never seen such exceptional service. I told her how impressed I was that I received a call back that quickly from her. Thank you again for always going above and beyond.
