We have a whole water sort of services to come again for many many years and it’s always a pleasure dealing with them when calling. They always follow through and today I Spoke with Lacey And I know I’ve spoken with her in the past she is absolutely awesome and so helpful, very personable, and polite. Excellent customer service. I appreciate that I actually get a person to speak to when calling its not like that everywhere.

Updated Review on October 8, 2026 My previous review of Culligan of Tampa stated they had exceeded my expectations for the past 13 years. Today, Lacy and Rafael proved the Culligan Platinum Care package is worth every penny. Their expertise and customer service ensures my Culligan system will continue to operate flawlessly by replacing a HE board and a new unit cover. Rafael identified the repairs needed and Lacy coordinated getting everything accomplished. All of this made possible at no extra cost because of the Platinum Care package.
