Courtney came to our house right on time and was incredible. I had about a million questions, and she patiently walked me through every single one. She did a very thorough test of our water and actually showed me just how hard it was, which confirmed what I already suspected from dealing with dry skin, dry hair, and even recurring UTIs with our dogs.
The entire process was incredibly informative without ever feeling rushed or pushy.
Jeremy handled our installation and was just as fantastic. He showed up right on time, was extremely thorough, worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and left everything looking great.
