I just bought my brand new and very first water softener for my new home in Lakeland. I wasn’t familiar with water softeners because I grew up on the Great Lakes with constant fresh water. My shower smelled like a hot tub with amount of chlorine that it had. Now… No more smell and no more dry skin... My sales guy Zack did an awesome job explaining to me what I needed and where to put my softener. I totally recommend Zack and the guys at Culligan!

We absolutely love our Culligan water system! You can truly tell the difference in the water. It’s so much softer, and it makes a noticeable difference with showering, laundry, our clothes, and even our drinking water. Their customer service is amazing as well. I called today hoping to have our tank serviced earlier, and Lacy was wonderful on the phone. She went above and beyond and was able to get our service scheduled sooner. Chris, our service technician, is amazing! He is always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and makes sure everything is serviced perfectly. Henry, Culligan technician does a great job every time he visits quarterly, checks the system, water quality and operates the system to make sure it is working perfect and fill up with salt as needed. Henry is an excellent in communicating with his customers and advises to calls him if there are any issues with the system before his next visit. We had an different brand water softner that needed replaced. Called Culligan the entire experience was no hassle and seemless. During the appointment Doug spelled out exactly what we needed. There was no hassle, no fuss. The new system was put in, took about 30 minutes to replace the old one. We now have soft water and they come out to check the system once every 3 months and replenish the salt, too easy. Highly recommend Doug, was a pleasure working with him and the entire Culligan of Tamp staff.
