Lucy was great at helping me reschedule.

Chris was just at our house. Found the problem with our softener. Discovered it was still under warranty. He was very polite efficient and knowledgeable. Good job thanks

Long time customer. High quality work. High quality products. I have their Sulfur Cleer machine, water softener and their reverse osmosis drinking water AC30 system for my well water at home. I recommend them.

Amy, in customer service, was such a help to me today. She gave me some directions to help diagnose the problem with my softener and she went to bat for me to set up a service appointment on the day I desired. Thank you, Culligan, for standing behind your work and empowering your employees to go the extra mile.

LOVING my water filter! I saw an immediate difference with the feel, smell, and taste of the water! Culligan knows what they’re doing. Courtney was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Install was quick and easy!

Jessica was great.

If only Culligan would give a time to expect the Technician. That would be helpful. Can he service the water softener as well?

Jaliee was very knowledgeable And polite when he come to my house to do my service call. He found the problem made a work order, and my problem will be taken care of next week. Thank you Jaliee

Updated Review on October 8, 2026 My previous review of Culligan of Tampa stated they had exceeded my expectations for the past 13 years. Today, Lacy and Rafael proved the Culligan Platinum Care package is worth every penny. Their expertise and customer service ensures my Culligan system will continue to operate flawlessly by replacing a HE board and a new unit cover. Rafael identified the repairs needed and Lacy coordinated getting everything accomplished. All of this made possible at no extra cost because of the Platinum Care package. Great customer service Lacy and Rafael. Thank you!

Very helpful. Very courteous. Very polite was a big help

Installed a whole house water filtration system. Not even a week later my skin is already softer!

Courtney was wonderful. Spent the time to answer all my questions and walked us through the process of testing the water. Did not feel my pressure to purchase. The companies reputations speaks for itself. Highly recommended. Thanks

I called to schedule my annual filter change and I got to work with Taylor, who was excellent in getting everything scheduled and answering all the questions that I had related to our service. A shout out to Taylor, very pleasant, very professional, very enjoyable conversation!

I want to give a big thank to Mr.G from Culligan out of Plant City! He did an excellent job fixing my water softener tank. He called me, kept me updated, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what was going on. Great service, great communication, and excellent work all around. I really appreciate you, G! Culligan rocks! 💧💪 Highly recommended!

Lacy was prompt and pleasant setting my service appointment!

We recently had the whole home filtration system installed and we couldn’t be happier with the results so far. It’s pretty crazy that I’ve made it this far without knowing what clean water is supposed to feel like. We initially decided to get it installed because we’d heard that it extends the life of appliances and reduces calcification. As first time homebuyers, the investment made sense to hopefully save money on the back end. We did not expect the change to be so drastic though. It’s especially noticeable in the shower — I didn’t realize that my hair and skin could feel this good. If you’re on the fence, get it for the showers alone, everything else is a bonus. Highly recommend this system and this company. Staff is extremely friendly and the install process was very smooth.

Debbie provided exceptional customer service. She was extremely informative and flexible with finding the right that was suitable for my situation. Awesome service!! Thank you.
