This has been a wonderful service. Rubin is our technician and is always professional, answering any questions and addressing any concerns. The call center scheduling for appointments is easy and I more often than not utilize the texting feature.

I had a wonderful experience with Taylor at Culligan. She called me back after I left a message explaining that the water level in our softener was covering the salt and that our salt was getting low. Our last salt delivery was August 14, 2026, and our next delivery wasn’t scheduled until November. Taylor listened carefully to my concerns and was very polite and helpful. I asked if we could move our November salt delivery up to this month and also have the technician check the water level in the softener when they come out. She took care of everything and scheduled us for the next available appointment, which I really appreciated.
