Tommy has been a great with the Valencia Lakes West Women's Club Rock &Roll for a Cure event. We reach out to him on a yearly basis and he makes sure Culligan provides water bottles for this event. They are very involved and passionate about giving back to the community.

I’m a brand new customer just got on the platinum Service. The customer service is polite, caring, and professional. All technicians I have encountered are quick, polite, and professional.

Had a door-to-door salesman come by my home from RainKing. I live in a strict no solicitation and highly gated with 24/7 armed guard community. Salesman was personal, seemed well. We signed up. Called and cancelled about 12 hours later, it did not seem reasonable. Was harassed by the sales tech afterwards. Called Culligan of Tampa. Ray came out, gave a much better service and treatment. Had Culligan out 3 days later for an install, and got a huge better price, service, and treatment. Had follow-up calls and check ins by Culligan, and are highly satisfied with them. Very glad we made this decision.

If you’re looking for a whole-home water filtration system, water softener, or reverse osmosis system, look no further than Culligan. I had an absolutely impeccable experience from beginning to end. Courtney came to our house right on time and was incredible. I had about a million questions, and she patiently walked me through every single one. She did a very thorough test of our water and actually showed me just how hard it was, which confirmed what I already suspected from dealing with dry skin, dry hair, and even recurring UTIs with our dogs. The entire process was incredibly informative without ever feeling rushed or pushy. Jeremy handled our installation and was just as fantastic. He showed up right on time, was extremely thorough, worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and left everything looking great. And the difference in our water has been night and day. The water tastes incredibly clean and fresh. I genuinely feel more hydrated drinking it. My skin already feels noticeably softer, and even our dogs seem healthier. Beyond that, there’s just a huge sense of relief knowing the water we’re drinking, cooking with, showering in, and giving to our pets is clean and properly treated. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From Courtney taking the time to educate us to Jeremy making the installation seamless, Culligan absolutely exceeded my expectations. Keeps track of service dates so I don’t have to

I called Culligan today as my water softener has been leaking from the water spigot and the elbow pipeline. Lacy attended my call and we did a FaceTime call to show her what the problem was. She was very helpful and quick to set up a service call with a technician that is on my area. I’m still waiting for the technician as it just occurred, but she moved quickly to find me a solution. That is great customer service. I will come back to review the technician.
