Tylor came and tested our system, we needed to replace ours. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step he was doing, what all the tests were and why they were important, he helped us decide what would be a good fit for us and helped get us financed. The installed(I can't remember his name) was amazing, he also walked me through everything he was going to do and everything he did. We had to have them come back a different day to install the reverse osmosis system under the sink that was a different person and he too was great about explaining and showing me everything. I interacted with 3 different people and they were all great.

Dan's knowledge and customer service was absolutely stellar. He explained the system and options extremely well and didn't try to upsell us to anything we didn't need. He walked us through the installation process and even called several times after install to check how things were going. When we had issues with our well pump, he even helped me troubleshoot to ensure it wasn't the Culligan system and helped me isolate the problem. We couldn't ask for better service. From start to finish, it was a wonderful and entirely pressure-free experience working with John L representing Mast Family Culligan to discuss and select the right system for our water softening and filtration needs. Another WOW factor: The installation was done within 24 hours per our wishes. Great follow-up after the installation, and our first service proved everything was running in perfect order. Our water tastes great using a dedicated Reverse Osmosis system allowing us to never needing to buy water in bottles again, hooray! Very highly recommended.
